Delamotte is one of the oldest Champagne Houses, founded in 1760 and based in the village of Le Mesnil sur Oger, South of Reims. This Blanc de Blancs non vintage champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown on Grand Cru sites in the Côte des Blancs. Appealing, subtle, toasty on the nose, with nuances of stone fruit and citrus. Crisp yet creamy-textured in the mouth with excellent balance between richness and freshness. Light enough to make a refreshing aperitif yet rich enough to pair with shellfish.
