Is The Wolseley right for me?

So often in life you can have all the skills to do a job well, you think you are going to love it, but something just doesn’t feel right. Our people are our biggest asset and we have to ensure that they are going to enjoy working for our company, are going to fit in and that this is a relationship that is going to last.

Our recruitment process consists of two parts, Candidates whose application forms are short listed by our Personnel department will be emailed a personality and career profiling questionnaire. We ask  that you take some time to complete the questionnaire, as this forms part of your application process and is used in line with your application form to shortlist candidates further, for interview purposes.

If you are unsuccessful at this stage and are not invited for an interview, but would like the feedback from your profiling form, please contact Personnel who will be happy to assist you.
