This website and all products purchased from it are governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read these details carefully before accepting them prior to making a purchase. By ticking the terms and conditions box, you are accepting them in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. We recommend that you print a copy for your records. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any point.

Please note that the web content of the site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is the property of Rex Restaurant Associates Limited or our content suppliers. Permission is given to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of the site for the sole purpose of placing an order or for use as a shopping resource, however any other use is prohibited. This includes reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance.

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE
You can browse all the products in the Wolseley Parts Shop. To purchase an item, you need to specify the quantity in the link underneath the product and ‘Add to Order’. You will need to select this for each product you want to purchase. A useful function to remind yourself of what you have ordered is the ‘View Order’ button, this will show you a summary of all the products you have chosen, but not yet purchased. Once you are happy with your purchases, you need to ‘Check Out’. At this stage you will be taken to a ‘Log In’ page where you will be asked for delivery and invoice details and taken to the World Pay secure payment page.
Age Restriction
We can only sell alcoholic products to persons in the EU who are over the age of 18 years old. In accordance with the licensing Act 1964 it is an offence for any persons under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating liquor.
PRODUCTS
All products listed are subject to availability. Should the item you require be out of stock, please use the ‘Add to Wish List’ function. This facility means that you will be contacted via email once the item becomes available. Please note that this function does not guarantee that the product will come available, nor does it mean that you are required to purchase the product once it comes in to stock.
Product Specification
We have portrayed the products on our website in the most accurate way possible, however, you may find that products ordered particularly from the ‘Vintage Parts’ may vary in appearance or dimension. This is due to the age and individual character of the products.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We regret that due to regulatory constraints we are unable to ship any food stuffs* or wine to the USA. All other products can be ordered for shipping worldwide. The delivery destination is ultimately the full responsibility of the purchaser.

All orders will be despatched from the Fulfilment and Distribution House in line with the following schedules:

Delivery Times and Receipt of Goods
Goods are normally dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of your order. Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. Our couriers deliver between 8.00am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. All delivery times are based on business working days and therefore may be affected by National holidays.
We value your security and to safeguard this, we will require a signature on receipt of your goods. If you know that there will not be anyone available to sign for your delivery, please provide us with an alternative delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, our courier will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
We work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible delivery service however we regret that delays may occasionally occur which are outside our control.
UK Delivery Cost
All orders over the total value of £100 Sterling (including VAT) will receive free UK delivery, with the exception of any bottled goods. Orders under this value will incur a postage and packaging cost of £7.50 (including VAT).
Bottled Goods
Orders which include one or two bottles will be subject to a £2.50 delivery charge per bottle. Orders including bottle quantities of 6 or 12 will incur a delivery charge of £8.
Worldwide Delivery Cost
All deliveries to destinations outside the UK will be subject to a delivery cost of £40 (including VAT).
Back Orders
If the item you wish to order is out of stock, we provide you with the option of adding to your ‘Wish List’. Once the product has come in to stock, you will be sent an email giving you the option to purchase the product or cancel your order entirely. You are under no obligation to purchase the product.
Delivery Enquiries
Should you wish to confirm the whereabouts of your order, please use the tracking number detailed on the email, that will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please refer to the hyper link and enter your tracking number when prompted.

TAX CHARGES
All products are subject to VAT (17.5%), excluding those being delivered to non-EU countries.
The prices on the site are shown inclusive of this tax. Orders from the USA will have the VAT deducted from the purchase price, before payment is taken.

The currencies we accept are: Euro, Pounds Sterling, Rand, US Dollar and Japanese Yen.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All our payment transactions are done through the secure payment services of World Pay. The World Pay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, World Pay’s public web servers are certified by ‘Thawte’, a Public Certificate Authority, ensuring that you, the shopper, can have confidence that nobody can impersonate World Pay to obtain confidential information.
Transaction Encryption
The transfer of the purchase details from www.thewolseley.com to World pay are encapsulated using encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via SSL.
Security for Our Customers
Any communication between our customers and World Pay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser. Our customers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by your card issuer. Your card issuer provides the right for you to dispute a transaction if the goods/services do not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.
Data Storage
Data storage on World Pay system, and the communication between World Pay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. World Pay also ensure that they stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code they use, and continually review their own proprietary code.
GUARANTEE
Returns Policy
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods. If you do cancel your order, payment will be refunded in full providing the goods are in a perfect, saleable condition and in their original packaging. If the goods do not reach us in this condition, your right to a full refund may be affected. We advise the use of Recorded Delivery and the proof of postage service. All goods are returned at your expense.

All returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or broken, please contact The Wolseley Head Office on 020 7647 1810 where you will be requested to return the goods in the condition you received them to the following address:

We will then do our best to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement as quickly as possible.
Privacy Policy
If you do not agree to the terms of this privacy policy, please refrain from using the site.
We respect the privacy of all our customers. We guarantee that your details will not be disclosed to any third party. This does excludes our Fulfilment and Distribution House, who require your details in order to complete the transaction and dispatch process. Any personal information gathered online including personal details and contact information, will not be disclosed to any other party for any other purpose than delivery of online goods. We do however reserve the right to use this data for our own marketing activity. The information will only be used to make contact with the purchaser directly and will not involve another party. By agreeing to the privacy policy, you are giving your consent for any information given to be used for such marketing purposes.
Use of Cookies
We use cookies on our site in order to preserve the information stored as you add items to your order, to maintain your order history and to measure the site activity, so we can identify which pages are visited most frequently. We use this information to ensure we guarantee you the most efficient and enjoyable purchasing experience. You can set your browser to stop cookies or to let you know when cookies are being sent, however this will disable the function of a lot of the site and will prevent you from making a purchase.
DINING VOUCHERS
Dining vouchers are available for purchase on the website. You will be required to fill out the request form, as instructed. Once your details have been completed, you will be taken to our secure payment page to authorise the payment.
Our vouchers are individually printed and can therefore be customised with a personalised message. There are no restrictions on the voucher value, but it may be useful to refer to our menu page in order to gauge a suitable dining value. All vouchers will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. If a voucher is a gift or present for a special occasion, please ensure you leave enough time for the voucher to be processed.
Please note that our Dining Vouchers are for this purpose only and cannot be redeemed through an other means. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
