These decadent truffles make for the perfect gift or indeed an indulgent treat. Made using artisan methods, the luxuriously smooth caramel centre with just a hint of sea salt is held in a 60% dark chocolate shell, hand finished with decorative white chocolate marbling.
A celebration of British chocolate making, these dark sea salt caramel truffles are created especially for The Wolseley by a chocolatier in London with a Royal Warrant. As it was when the company was founded in 1902, all of the chocolates are still to this day hand crafted in England.
