Is there a dress code?
We do not have a dress code.
Do you have a children’s menu?
We do not have a children’s menu but some of our dishes are easily adapted to children’s tastes and portions.
Do you keep tables for walk-ins?
Yes, you can walk in without a reservation as we do have some tables that are available on a first-come first-serve basis. However, we always advise to book to avoid disappointment.
Can I book more than one table for the same party?
Multiple bookings for the same party will not be honoured.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options?
We have vegetarian options available. We can advise separately on gluten-free options.
Do you accommodate allergies?
All our dishes are prepared in our one main kitchen, where a variety of ingredients are used (including nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten). Although we follow the strictest hygiene practices to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any dish to be totally free from allergens. If you would like to know more about how our dishes are cooked or prepared, please talk to your waiter or a manager.
What dietary requirements can you accommodate for afternoon tea?
We are able to accommodate the below dietary requirements for afternoon tea when we have prior warning, please let us know when booking if you require any of the below options.

Our dishes are not Halal.
Do you have wheelchair access?
The restaurant building is accessible from the street to wheelchair users as well as our toilets located on the ground floor.
Do you provide high chairs and have baby changing facilities?
We welcome children in the restaurant and are able to offer high chairs for your use as well as baby changing facilities. Space is very limited for buggies in the cloakroom area.
What is the largest table size you can accommodate?
The largest table size we can accommodate is 6 guests in the restaurant and 15 guests in our private dining room.
May I just come in for a drink?
We do not have a bar licence for someone to come in just for a drink.
Do you allow dogs?
No, we do not allow dogs, we only allow registered guide dogs.
Do you have a standard service charge?
Our standard discretionary service charge is 15% and this is automatically added to all bills.
Do waiters get the service charge?
All gratuities are managed by an independent professional third-party Troncmaster for The Wolseley Hospitality Group and are distributed to the staff.
Can you book me a taxi?
In the evening we have doorman who will flag a taxi down for customers where possible.
What is the nearest car park?
The nearest car park is the RCP Parking located on Arlington Street.
What is the closest tube station?
The closest tube stations are Green Park (Piccadilly, Victoria and Jubilee lines) and Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines).
