A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit / debit card. The pre-authorisation is NOT a charge and you are not responsible for paying for it.

If you have any queries concerning your final bill, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to pre-pay for individual components of the meal, please refer to our current menu at www.thewolseley.com/menus for the current pricing.
Unless you state to the contrary, a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your final bill.
If the guest cancels the booking for which you have pre-paid the entire meal or a component thereof, we will not proceed to charge your credit card, will cancel the pre-authorisation and will send a confirmation email to that effect.
7. Service Charge
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to the Client’s bill on all consumable items.
