All pre-payments for The Wolseley restaurant, provisional or confirmed, are made upon, and are subject to, the following Terms & Conditions and no variation thereof will be accepted unless agreed in writing with The Wolseley. Written confirmation (via email or post) will confirm acceptance of The Wolseley’s Terms & Conditions.
In these Terms & Conditions “The Wolseley” means Corbin & King Restaurant Group Limited, trading as The Wolseley Restaurant Ltd. and the “Client” means the person, firm or company using the pre-payment facility.
These Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to English Law.
A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit / debit card. The pre-authorisation is NOT a charge and you are not responsible for paying for it.
For a pre-payment of an entire meal, the Company will deduct £100 from the Client’s credit card. Once the guest(s) have dined in the restaurant the amount of their final bill, plus a 12.5% discretionary service charge, will be charged to the customer’s credit card. If you wish to pre-pay for individual components of the meal, please refer to our current menu at www.thewolseley.com/menus for the current pricing.
Unless you state to the contrary, a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your final bill.
If the guest cancels the booking for which you have pre-paid the entire meal or a component thereof, we will not proceed to charge your credit card, will cancel the pre-authorisation and will send a confirmation email to that effect.
7. Service Charge
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to the Client’s bill on all consumable items.
All payments must be paid in pounds sterling and are subject to Value Added Tax at the current rate.
