Permission is given to retrieve and display the content of the Website on a computer screen and electronically copy and print hard copy portions of the Website for you own personal, non-commercial use for the sole purpose of placing an order for goods with us or for use as a shopping resource. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish or display any other materials or content on the Website without our prior written permission.

Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at the Website will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the service will be fault-free. Your access to the Website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.
We make no promise that materials on the Website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
If we are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you make the relevant order. Our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption. This shall not limit or affect our liability resulting from any products sold through the Website being found to be unsafe or if something we do negligently causes death or personal injury.
You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we choose to ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
The Company shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

SALE OF GOODS TERMS
The terms below relate to goods supplied to you through the Website.
How to Make a Purchase
You can browse all the products in The Wolseley Shop. To purchase an item, you need to specify the quantity in the link underneath the product and 'Add to Order'. You will need to select this for each product you want to purchase. Once you are happy with your purchases, you need to select 'Secure Check Out'. At this stage you will need to complete your details including delivery address and credit card details. A confirmation email will sent to you following a successful purchase. Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched, a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.
Restrictions for Alcoholic Products
We can only sell alcoholic products to persons located in the UK and who are over the age of 18 years old. In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence to sell alcohol to an individual under the age of 18. By placing an order for alcoholic products you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over.
If we receive an order for the sale of alcoholic products to persons located outside of the UK, we reserve the right to decline to fulfil your order and dispatch the alcoholic products to you.
All products listed are subject to availability. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that product
We have portrayed the products on our Website in the most accurate way possible, however, you may find that products ordered, particularly from the Antique Silverware may vary in appearance or dimension. This is due to the age and individual character of the products.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders will be despatched from the Fulfilment and Distribution House and we aim to deliver in line with the following delivery schedules:
Dining vouchers are available for purchase on the Website. You will be required to fill out the request form, as instructed. Our vouchers are individually printed and can therefore be customised with a personalised message. There is a minimum order of £15 on the voucher value, but it may be useful to refer to our menu page in order to gauge a suitable dining value. All E-Vouchers are processed immediately and emailed to you. If you have not received the voucher within 2 hours of placing your order, please contact Head Office on 020 7647 1810 during 9.00am-6.00pm Monday to Friday.
For gift boxed vouchers they will be despatched within 2-3 days and delivery is within 48 hours via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Please note that handwritten vouchers are indivudally written and take longer to process, therefore please allow a delivery time of 7 working days from placing your order.
Please note that our vouchers are for this purpose only and cannot be redeemed through any other means. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gifts from the Shop
We regret that due to regulatory constraints we are unable to ship any foodstuff (i.e. a substance that can be used or prepared for use as food) to the USA. We are unable to ship any alcoholic products outside of the UK. All other products can be ordered for shipping worldwide.

Delivery Times and Receipt of Goods
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct address for delivery is given. Goods are normally dispatched within 36hrs of receipt of your order, depending on availability of products. Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. Our couriers deliver between 8.00am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. All delivery times are based on business working days and therefore may be affected by public or national holidays.
In order to safeguard delivery, we will require a signature on receipt of your goods. If you know that there will not be anyone available to sign for your delivery at the address provided in your order, please provide us with an alternative delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address (or alternative address), our courier will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
We work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible delivery service however we regret that delays may occasionally occur which are outside our control. Whilst we make every effort to ensure your goods are delivered in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
UK Delivery Cost
All orders will incur a postage and packaging cost of £7.50 (including VAT).
Worldwide Delivery Cost
All deliveries to destinations outside the UK will be subject to a delivery cost of up to £40 (including VAT). You will be informed of the actual cost of delivery when you submit your order to the 'Secure Check Out'.
Should you wish to confirm the whereabouts of your order, please use the tracking number detailed on the email that will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please refer to the hyperlink contained in the email and enter your tracking number when prompted.

PRICES AND TAX CHARGES
The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out on the Website. If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will not be liable to supply that product to you at the stated price provided that we notify you before we dispatch the product concerned.
All products are subject to VAT (20%), excluding those being delivered to non-EU countries.
The prices on the Website are shown inclusive of this tax. Orders from the USA will have the VAT deducted from the purchase price, before payment is taken.

Every transaction is encrypted to the highest global standards and once on SagePay's systems, all sensitive data is secured beyond the levels demanded by the payments authorities and card schemes. SagePay's systems are audited annually to ensure it maintains level 1 -the highest level - compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). SagePay is also checked monthly and scanned quarterly by one of the world's leading independent Qualified Security Assessors
Security for Our Customers
Any communication between you and SagePay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by your browser. You are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by your card issuer. Your card issuer provides the right for you to dispute a transaction if the goods do not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 working days after receipt of the goods. We will accept cancellations by phone. We advise the use of Recorded Delivery and the proof of postage service. All goods are returned at your expense. If, following cancellation, we do not receive an order back from you we may arrange for collection of the goods at your cost. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. Please return all goods in the condition you received them with their original packaging.
Following cancellation, payment will be refunded to you in full, including the cost of delivery. All returns will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods at the above address.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or broken, please contact The Wolseley Head Office on 020 7647 1810 where you will be requested to return the goods in the condition you received them to the following address:
