Cocktail recipe: Piccadilly Fizz

Named in homage to our location on London’s iconic Piccadilly, this vermouth-based, berry laden spritz is a firm favourite at The Wolseley. Here, our bar team share how to make it yourself at home.

The Recipe

INGREDIENTS (makes one drink)
  • 35 ml Lillet Blanc Apéritif
  • 15 ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 12.5 ml Chambord Liqueur
  • 5 ml lemon juice
  • Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water
  • 5 Fresh Raspberries
METHOD
  • Muddle 4 raspberries in a mixing glass and then add all the remaining ingredients, apart from the tonic water.
  • Stir thoroughly and strain into a large highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water and garnish with a fresh raspberry and mint sprig.
