Cocktail Recipe: No. 160

How to make one of The Wolseley’s house cocktails, our famous No. 160, at home.

Specially created by The Wolseley’s bartenders, the No. 160 is a particularly refreshing cocktail ideal for the summer months. Gin, Sauvignon Blanc and St Germaine liqueur are lightly balanced with a splash of grapefruit and a squeeze of lemon. Perfect as an aperitif, do ask to try one the next time you are with us. Alternatively, follow our recipe below in order to recreate it at home:

35ml Gin (any fine Gin will suit)
10ml Sauvignon Blanc
10ml St Germain
5ml Lemon Juice
10ml Grapefruit juice


Stir all of the ingredients over cubed ice into a mixing glass.

Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
